We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service fee, and vouchers will be redeemed. No-shows will also be charged in full. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other clients.
